Yeap. However I had to call the CSO and unblock my card because they suspected fraudulent activity. But the amount was made available to Google Play, and if they don't accept it in the next XX days or something like that the amount will be refunded back to me.

Meanwhile no Google Play transaction is recorded in my iBanking... just reflected in the ledger and available balance nia.

It's normal. When you buy stuff using Visa or MasterCard, they will hold the balance first before releasing to the merchant.
