Verandah 5-room also more expensive than Waterway View... wonder who'd pick Verandah over Waterway View. Anw, it's also nearer to Punggol MRT line... think it's within walking distance.. and has more amenities.

yes... its relative cheaper in waterway... verandah is around 12 mins walk (normal pace) to mrt by cutting through the block. maybe less than 7mins walk to soo teck..
Having said that, portico is just right beside verandah.. tecnically speaking, portico is significantly nearer to MRT and LRT. at least 2 to 4 mins lesser. But the highest price is cheaper by 50k... how to justify?
with Venradah's pricing, it's pulling the BTO price nearer to resale prices. during early this year, the price gap was around 100K to 150K... now it seems its moving below 100K difference which can be dangerous...
