my goodness.. the pricing for verandah is much higher than maltida portico!! what the heck? what is hdb thinking sia?

any idea why palm breeze 4rm facing future neighbourhood park is higher than saraca breeze facing orchid country club and can even see reservoir??

Palm breeze blk 502A stacks 404,406 compared to Saraca breeze BLK 513C stacks 349,353 & 513D Stack 339

Is it because got road and no road infront haha ?

wahahahahaha i never thought of that!!! i only can think that its much peaceful, can wake up to birds chirping in the park.. haha really no other idea sia

Buden again, probably wont hit..If me, i would choose that facing as well..

Verandah 5-room also more expensive than Waterway View... wonder who'd pick Verandah over Waterway View. Anw, it's also nearer to Punggol MRT line... think it's within walking distance.. and has more amenities.

Hmmm maybe should have a backup plan. :o

yes... its relative cheaper in waterway... verandah is around 12 mins walk (normal pace) to mrt by cutting through the block. maybe less than 7mins walk to soo teck..

Having said that, portico is just right beside verandah.. tecnically speaking, portico is significantly nearer to MRT and LRT. at least 2 to 4 mins lesser. But the highest price is cheaper by 50k... how to justify?

with Venradah's pricing, it's pulling the BTO price nearer to resale prices. during early this year, the price gap was around 100K to 150K... now it seems its moving below 100K difference which can be dangerous...

hey ! where did u guys see the pricing?? i clicked the link and i dont see any updated pricing. only those showed during the BTO launch that time

portico valuation will be higher next time. those who get the flat is good luck!

yes on average all flat is priced higher... even waterway is higher in my view... this is the sad but true... hmmm special grant....

Don't bet on reservoir view unless you're 10th floor and above as OCC may be redeveloped when the lease expires in 2024.

oh wow, so many things to consider :(... hmm maybe neighbourhood park and morning sun may be a btr choice haha ....

Yeah, agreed.. but if nv get the top floors then still ok. Though it's still cheaper than resale flat.. perhaps more younger couples might get Waterway View cuz of the pricing...
