U r right abt verandah, is all waterway view have to share one 5 storey car park n verandah got basement car park? Let's pray still got our own prefer unit during our selection date. Normally e website will constantly update e unit availability right?

Once the unit is booked, it would be reflected very shortly..

Any idea when will the Selection of Units exercise for September BTO starts ?

And take how long to complete ?

Pros n cons of having balcony in MBR??
Oh my prices so steep... Sigh...
My sis bought 5rm punggol at 322k only
N tats a couple sq metres bigger s well...

If I'm not wrong, not all units will have the balcony. Maybe only the top few levels?

I think a balcony in the living room is more practical though. Or at least I don't foresee myself standing by the balcony in the MBR at night.. would rather sleep!

I think Waterway View has an 8 storey MSCP. Have to check again; but The Verandah has a basement carpark. In terms of orientation of units and general location, Verandah might not be a bad choice either.

If you don't drive, you have to cross the bridge from the Waterway View on a daily basis to get to the LRT station.. something to consider though.

Not all units have the balcony in the same place but the whole stack should have it..

For example,

Blk 682a stack 753 4rm..
Level 2,3,4,5,9,10,11,12,13 have balcony in living room..
Level 6,7,8,14,15,16,17 have balcony for mbr

Very simple. In Singapore, the higher the price, the more people go for it. Like the DBSS projects last time. Most people infer high price to better.

Just like the Yishun Angsana and Palm Breeze, just beside Khatib mature estate with 10 traditional coffeeshops (not Kopitiam) within 5-10 minute walking distance, 10 minute from Khatib MRT, much lower priced than Matilda beside TPE - so far from Punggol MRT, but less people go for the cheaper one. :s13:

lol. but apparently, more ppl here are "raving" about Waterway View wor.. not so much about The Verandah.. :o

hope my preferred units are still available when i go for the selection! but now.. gotta wait for the letter and package from HDB first...

Let's wait and see. I feel that this round more people will go for the cheaper waterway view. :)
