Ministry of National Development should implement a "No Junk Mail" Registry, such that registrants are given "No Junk Mail" signs to put up on their doorsteps.

the companies supposed to check the registry and not call numbers in the register. if they or their contracted spsmmer company call a registered number, will kenna fine.

First six months. It gives vendors 60days to react. Ie after register, u might still be spammed up.to 60days.

From July onwards, all new numbers will be 30days.
