U can opt to be excluded from spam/adverts via

1. Fax
2. SMS
3. Calls

Its a choose and mix or all 3 if you want.

If you gave explicit instructions for companies to contact you, i.e. lucky draws or memberships, these are not covered under DNC.

Possible to withdraw consent right?

nowadays i use the block number function on iOS 7, straightforward, no need rely on others. once receive, block, no 2nd chance.

Specified messages sent via other technologies such as those using a mobile data connection will be treated similarly, as long as the specified message is addressed to a Singapore telephone number. However, some data-based phone applications do not use phone numbers as identifiers, such as iMessage which may use email addresses. In the situations where the message is sent to those applications where the message is not addressed to a telephone number, such messages will not be covered by the DNC provisions.

dont think so...when registered got input our mobile numbers... then they need to check their records in order to ensure they dont called / sms us but at the same time they can still called us within the 60 days period using the numbers found inside .

Been receiving more stupid advert recently like superbCred, Goodcredit, CashCredit ...better still now property agency do not even put who they are from where (+65 9383 3640) ask you type Y to ding out more.....WTF!

My office DID (land line) never before received any such telemarketing phone calls. Never = 0 times.

Once I registered, today they rang me up... they even provide me my company name..etc.
