help on new rig!

Hi all, i need advice on new rig.

i am reusing my SSD, HDD, ODD. casing (Xigmatek asgard), PSU (see right for details) and cpu heat sink (xigmatek gaia).

I had bought the following from amazon over black friday and cyber monday

1) MSI GTX 770 (Reference card version @ 299 usd)
2) Gskills Ram (Ares 16 gb at 1866 mhz)

Now I need help on

1) Mobo + CPU
I would like to go for ivy for cost savings, but when i hit the shops, they tell me no more mobo stock for ivy. usually LLST, have to get haswell. Any thoughts?

2) My PSU is slightly old, anyway to reuse? If not what is a good one to get instead?

Trying to keep the remaining items to below 400 sgd. If its too much of a stretch, maybe can ballpark at 500 sgd. I need rec for thermal paste as well. (most likely getting this).
