I understand and won't be that extreme with it if I'm having the blocks for my own collection. But since I'm having them for gifts, at least for me, I will never give such items in such conditions to my friends. Will see if they reply here, or else I'm going to email them.

I wasn't expecting it to be of the same high standards as kino(they actually extra wrapped some of their more ex collections). But the tapes are the killer. And, I'm OCD too :s22: Of course, stocks aside, the good thing about simplynano is their efficiency in emails. Perhaps if they're not gonna to reply here, I'm going to email them.

Really? Luckily I started collecting only when kino changed to this kind of tag. :s13:

CASE is really the final of the final of the final...resort already. Dont want to go that extreme also.

yeah. i bought them for my collection and building as gifts, so just LLST though i am quite pissed withe rila v1 box de condition :(

prob just gonna buy nano from kino from now. or buy in-store. steering clear of on9 shops for now :s13:

tbh, CASE is not that helpful. if the other party doesnt want to settle the stuff, CASE cant do much too. small claim tribunal is the only solution.

Keke, I just want to bring this out...

Q3: Can secondhand goods, discounted products or “display sets” sold on the understanding that they had slight defects be excluded from Lemon Law, or be sold “As is” or “As seen”?

A3: The retailer cannot contract out his obligations under the law. Even under existing laws, retailers cannot deny the consumer his rights to remedies under the proposed law, for example by simply displaying a notice saying, “we do not give refunds under any circumstances” or that “an item has been sold as it is”. Any defects or limitations of the goods should be pointed out to the consumer before the transaction, and the retailer would not be held liable for those defects or limitations. In this case, retailers should be transparent at the point of sale, for example, through appropriate labelling and disclaimers. For clarity, the retailer may document such defects and limitations on the sales contract, invoice or packaging.

Okay guys. I've come to a decision with them through email. Have accepted their option of passing me back the rila v1 with the tapes cleaned and have korilakkuma v1 refunded to them.
