My iPad been in service center for 9th day. Yet to hear from them..... Anyone know a way to reach apple and tell them to extent my warranty because of this?
As long as it's with the AASP it doesn't matter if your warranty has lapsed. The most important thing is that you've filed a report with the AASP before the lapse.My iPad been in service center for 9th day. Yet to hear from them..... but why still no official apple store?
Went to QCD at Wheelock today to have my iPad exchanged.
The waiting time was horrible and the tone of the service staff bad.
Sigh.
Bro..next time u can try the one @ tradehub ..not much ppl..jus went yesterday..
Chat with apple today and almost give me a heart attack....
Chat was at US and this lady call "Hope" told me that eServ is NOT an Authorise Service Center as it not on the website. And said that apple will not able to help.
Keep insist me that I been cheated. When I show them the website and the Facebook page. She told me "She is going to report it to Apple". And she told me she been with apple for 3 years. I mean common, 3 years and if somebody if to ask for Singapore Support, will sure come across eServ. Keep insist me to get the iPad back saying "if she me, I will get iPad back".
Hope I can trace back the chat and will post it here...
