wah not bad.

honestly every now and then I find a watch which is quite nice but the brand ***** in me keeps me from buying them. :s22:

wa.......u are not the only one.....i mean like why settle for all sorts of nonsense brands when u can settle for something much better, much well-known, perhaps got resale value also.

brand-***** to the max. me too...

bad bad bad....but just cant help it. either buy famous brand, or dun buy. that's it.

Nice ! I decided on the 116515LN instead.

Coming closer to the $100k total rrp mark ! Add on a PP or RM and cross it in style !!

Actually, based on RRP, it already crossed it.:D

But of course, who pays based on RRP?

116515 is a very nice choice, you have made a very astute decision.Very elegant, yet it retains that sporty feel.

I nearly got the one with the chocolate dial before my AP. But then I went for the AP first... then I saw and fell in love with this 116505.

The Lange Arkade or PP 5980/5712RG will be potential candidates.

But if the AP open worked model comes up next for me to try....:s22:

Anyone have idea on the AD prices for the below Breitlings?

Colt GMT
Superocean steel fish
Avenger sea wolf
Avenger skyland

Look at the rubber strap versions.

One question. Do you all care if the top case is sapphire crystal or sapphire coating? Or just hard lens is ok enough?

What I learnt on the web:

Sapphire crystals dont get scratched - but if it ever shatters, the very small fragments can get into your watch movements and spoil it. The immediate action to take is to stop the watch from running.

Acrylic crystals do get scratched but they can be polished. And they do not shatter.

DIfference between acrylic, mineral and sapphire
