They help me place order I recd SMS wana split card but aft getting thru one of them after half an hr or so waiting.... The lady said prepare for shipment Liao. cannot change payment thing so I believe also can't cancel
She said next tue or wed can recd... I order with engraving somemore

The thing is item is ready to ship within 24hrs. Big problem I think
Maybe u try see later can cancel or not. If not I think gone case Liao
