Even though i don't really believe it due to oversubscription model, this is kind of disingenuous isn't it? Business users pay more so they will be effectively subsidising the bandwidth of home users who get to use the bandwidth during business users offpeak hours. More reason now why I will not support MR from a corporate point of view.

He was talking about the old business lines that were running on NC la :p

Is there really a big difference in terms of ping/latency with non gamer and gamer plans? How much are we talking here?

I typically play games like BF4 and other games that have servers within either SG or closer in the region.

Does it really matter to pay extra for a gamer plan?

Gamer plan dont matter much if you playing mostly SEA-located servers ;)

I just got business quote dated yesterday, so you are saying this is the "old" one? Then if MR does not have any infra yet but is currently overselling everyone NC bandwidth that makes them even more disingenuous and non-transparent.

My singtel contract ends on 22 March. So can I sign up now and request for a installation date close to that?
Myrep first bill will come after installation?

Yes you can,
You can sign now. I can help to arrange for the installation near to that.
The bill will be out 7 days after the installation in the mean time you do not pay a single cents

Correct me if I get you wrong.

1. How do you know if MR is oversubscribing?

2. Did MR quote you the CIR based on the worst case scenario?

3. VQ does not have CIR and claimed that you will get the full speed or close to the full speed. Does they quote you the CIR based on the worst case scenario? If not, then isn't it equals to 0 CIR?
