When is your SingNet contract ending? If you want to ensure the continuity of Internet connection during the transition period, you can cancel your SingNet after MR has installed at your house.

You can just sign up online now as new customer.

My contract ends at march. I will cancel singnet once MR installation is completed.
So just to clarify, I can schedule my MR contract and installation to start at march. No need for it to start so soon right?

I believe this has been answered but I'm still unsure. I am currently looking at the Gamer Ultra plan

- Right now I'm on Singtel ( ends late April ). If i were to sign up now and let's say eligible, do I have to terminate the Singtel contract first or do I wait till MR calls? Am I able to "jump" to MR on a temporary plan first while waiting for the 1Gbps plan to be installed?

- From what I understand, for the contract buyback the account holder detail must be the same as the one I used for Singtel. Is that right?

- Also about the contract buyback, how will the credit be added to MR "account"? Do I have to pay the termination penalty upfront first?

- Let's say I signed up now, and decided that I don't want it later, do I have to pay any "penalty"?

- For the home digital line and teleport, if I do not use it can I just cancel the service? Or is it bundled like Singtel?

Thanks

You can wait till your MR is up then u terminate.

Buy back contract, the address and person of the old isp contract must be the same as the person who sign up MR. Termination fee u will need to pay the old isp first.

As long as you havent fix the appointment, there is no penalty. :)

fibre dun need home line to work, u can dun need sign up the digital voice.

If I do not upgrade now and wait till my contract has expired which is in September 2014, will the $100 router voucher still apply then?

I think the only question that needs to be asked and is still not answered is does MR have it own infra up and running yet? Or are they preselling everyone NC bandwidth on the hope of getting it up or not in the future.

so far seems like its only you and other vq supporters asking that question. dont think anyone really thinks that mr having their own infra is in doubt lol
