In future, if any apps failed, just go to Application manager and clear the Cache. It helps 90% of time.:s22:

huh? what happened? can share?

I cleared the data too but also touch the Google framework too. Actually I think it works for most people I think somehow it messed up my account in the play store.

After I cleared the cache.and data I have this RFC error thingy, can't remember the exact error but its rather long. Play store doesn't show my apps anymore so I can't download, buy or browse any apps. My tablet sitting on my desk doing nothing but connected to the internet suddenly throw out a lot of notifications error also.

I ended up emailing Google and they called me back within 2 to 3mins, damm impress with their speed. I had to some logging to them and it was a little bit harder to cos blardy Samsung disabled this function in the developers option. Took total about 4 days to solve my issue at their end including weekend. The call was made from US I think and the guy was very responsive in the email too. All the emails were never replied more than 12hrs later no matter what timing I sent.

Actually, the guy on the phone gave that as one of the thing to troubleshoot. But yeah i wouldn't recommend it too unless desperate. Cos i just did it on one of my device last week i forgot which one, and it cleared out the history of my installed apps. Now i only see few apps installed on my Play Store there but i definitely have way more than just 10 installed.

does anyone encounter battery problem on your note 3 whereby for once in a while the battery drains out pretty fast (like just more than half a day with very light usage).. i checked & it's Android OS that has the highest % (normally it should be the "Screen" with highest %).. the problem would go away after a phone restart.. but will come back after sometimes (a few days , or a week later)... i'm on latest mk2...

Touch wood, I have not encountered high battery usage of Android System and Android OS yet since early November 2013.

My highest battery usage is always the screen and games.

It could be some rough apps that causing your unusual high usage and thus the battery drainage.

Yes I experienced this before. Try rebooting into recovery mode and clear cache. This will not wipe your data.

Not sure if there's been a permanent fix or solution to this issue now as I've since changed phone.

Some .mp4 files are silent when using the default player on the phone.

The .mp4 is working fine on other phones.

So how do I get it to work on note 3?
Thank you

OMG!!! Samsung S View chipset is USELESS !!!

I seen below person post and I try out and the S View is completely working without the need of the chipset !!!!!!!!!!!!

The S View feature can be activated with a magnet attached S View cover, chipset is not required. I confirm the patch never switch to Proximity sensor detection as it won't function by only cover up the proximity sensor part.

Its Brilliant, every cover works now, even cover without chip. i had couple of really nice covers but they didnt have chip thats why they werent working on 4.3, now with this they are working as well. actually sview is faster with this, maybe its because it is only checking that cover is closed, nothing else.
