Most likely its get caught to the metal prong of the sim reader. If you force it out. It will permanent damage the sim reader.

Best is to try to slide the sim card into the adapter and try take out the whole adapter.

The opening is too small to slide in a SIM card.

Yep, we have already sent feedback to our internal team that Singapore likes LTE and wants the 64GB WCDMA version. :)

No point introduce a new technology and offer poor service.

My encounter with your Singapore service center has been terrible .... The people there give no solution but excuses!!!!!

maybe my expectation was set too high up. but i have to say im disappointed with this phone after using it for 3 days.

moto g gave me the wow factor. this phone offers much lesser than what moto g has to offer in the wow department, even when moto g is the much more inferior one. i fall in love with moto g just after using it for 30 mins. i dunno if i got a faulty set or what, but this phone just dont feel right. still i will be using this phone, at least until mi4 is out? :s13:

and i dunno whats wrong with this phone's wifi. its damn slow. be it downloading or uploading.

That's me. Gave up and uninstalled the game. No point keeping it as it takes up so much valuable space.

OT a bit the game is incompatible with the LG G2 and can't even be installed. Gameloft is aware but so far the problem hasn't been solved.

Little Complaints means it's awesome! Lol... There are tons on YouTube

Haha actually quite true :D

Still playing with it. Wanted to put a review on instagram but too busy playing and optimising it.

My was the same too. Running Stinktel 100mpbs. Roughly 3-5m from modem without wall. Not sure if this speed is acceptable for top-range phone. Definitely faster than my S3. Anyone got Note2-3 or S4, Nexus 5,HTC 1 or Xperia Z to compare?

Edited: My ping was much lower though..

ok. just tried. got about 28mpbs d/u. within 2 meters range. seems good. but when im using, the feeling is totally different. like downloading apps, uploading to google drive.

:(

anw some pros about the phone, keep talking about the cons :s13:

the display itself is worth the price already. damn solid :o

the engine for the sound device is great too. cant wait for their piston earphones.

Removed the Haptic feedback too (Irritated by it), i have extended battery on my note 1 (5400mah) so pretty much last the whole day without needing to charge it.

but i haven had the chance to really use my phone much, busy with schools and all.

i'm waiting for that Xiaomi's PowerBank and maybe its Piston Earphones to test out the different compared to my Audiotech.
