XiaoMi service center is hopeless , no solution but only all kinds of excuses !
feel you, i believe they do not have any current stocks to replace for you.
From the way I talked to the service center people , I can sense they have the replacement stock but he just refuse to replace for me.

Can you describe your experience further? We'll bring this up internally for review.
My SIM card tray got stuck cannot remove , I went to the service center on Wednesday they said cannot solve as they have no tool.
On Thursday I received a call they asked me to go down said they have the tool now. I went there within an hour they still cannot remove the stuck tray.
They said must wait for a replacement board to replace my phone board and now no stock. Must wait till next Monday.
What kind of service is this ? Can't they just exchange ? Why you start selling without having spare parts in Singapore ??????
Ah yes many had this SIM try stuck problem. We checked with them and noticed some of the issues were caused by inserting a SIM adapter without a SIM in it. We do note that it might be the SIM adapter issue and we're looking into it now.
We're really out of stock at the moment - There were a few cases of users forcing the stuck SIM tray out and the contact pins got damaged in the process, and hence we had almost 10 cases of stuck SIMs which needed hardware replacement. Much apologies for the inconvenience and we seek your kind understand on this.
