I've read before that 2 people with same weight but one workout and one who doesn't work out, the one who workout will look slimmer because his weight is lean meat while the one who doesn't work out will look fatter because his is fats that makes him look fat.

I would recommend you to follow pre Armstrong pull up program. In a mth, I progressed from 4 to 10.And also is there any training in the gym that can help me increase my pull up count to 8? I'm currently stuck between 4-5
