I also wish but I have quite a lot of services from Starhub.

Let's say if I get rid of all Starhub services. Is VQ the best broadband provider in Singapore? Do they have mobile connections too?

if you are concerned about HubClub membership, you can just subscribe to their cheapest broadband plan (some Lite plan I think) to maintain your HubClub status

then get a MyRepublic or ViewQuest (whichever picks your fancy) - you may end up paying the same amount but hey! at least better speeds, better reliability

My contract expire on 19 Apr and was told that I have to return the ONT the following day or I will have to pay prorate charges until I do so. Cancellation by phone call is not allowed. Is this the norm?

Ive been relying on my M1 mobile broadband to surf international sites.... Any idea when will this insanely slow international site surfing issue be resolved?!

LOL.. the answer is NO. they have been updating me on the status but all SH can say is they are resolving the issues but it is complicated as it involved their overseas bandwidth suppliers.. zzz.. i think i need a second provider liao, maybe M1..

My wifi on SH fibre 100mbps has been ridiculously unstable and slow.

Any quick fix? Or what hardware can I upgrade?

I have both singtel and starhub fibre at home.

When I was playing online game in korea server, Singtel ping is much stable below 100 around 80-90 ping. However for starhub, it is 170 +/- ping.

anyone facing trouble streaming twitch.tv?

any fixes around?

Same issue... 4 days back it is ok. Now it just stutters every few minutes.

I'm getting suspicious are they screwing up streaming due to the World Cup.

When I first got my MaxInfinity 100mbps plan, I used to be able to stream 2 streams simultaneously at high quality - I was so happy.

Now I can't even have 1 stream at low quality.

What is going on?
