I realised my expenditures for meal had doubled ever since i tried to LCHF.

Last time for dinner (for myself and wife) , i buy half chicken + 2 pkts rice from chicken rice stall. $10

Now. Raw Steak only. $20-$30 (depending on cuts)
Or buy western chicken chop. Need about $20 also.

Breakfast. Last time just egg mayo wraps. Now scrambled eggs + bacon.

Betting on your last 2 sentences. Lol

really.. i seldom fall sick now. still got the occasional flu and migraine but i dont get worst than that already.

me too. 1 year on LCHF and counting, never fall sick till now. I lift weights only once a week just to feel my muscles and bones moving and keep my heart beating.

P.S. I supplement on fish oil capsules and vitamin c crystals.

p.s.
no migraines for this month's period also. not sure its due to the diet kicking in or because i took acv and acai berries lately.

last time i eat carbs (rice, noodles etc) will feel hungry easily.. in the end spend more money on food.. for example, 1 packet chicken rice + 1 packet noodles for a meal.. then 2 hours later will feel hungry again..

when i started lchf, yea i spend quite alot on meat because starting phase always feel not satisfied. after a week, 2 scrambled eggs (40cents?) can last me from morning to evening. Evening i will cook 1 chicken chop for dinner ($2.20?). so the whole day i only spend $2.60 on food, 1 month only $78 :s13:

hi guys, need suggestion for self prep breakfast, affordable, easy to prep and hopefully, tasty? will be the best! :o

very tough to eat clean lchf for breakfast around my office area, those mixed veg store has the best option but the preparation method not very ideal so to speak, early in the day usually those fried stuff come out first, be it fried chicken, fried sotong, I usually op for braised pork belly. either way, not good long term.

Wake up and cook 5 eggs.......eggs over easy, or scrambled or omelette...or sunny side up or soft boiled or hard boiled.......

If outside, just go kopitiam order 5 eggs........from drink stall without toast.....and 1 cup of kopi O........song song go zoolong
