I think I kind of regretted moving from ST 3mbps to SH 25Mbps. Speed no difference and I used to be able to watch Youtube on both comp, now my Mac can watch some and my netbook can't watch Youtube at all, none. I used to be able to go on foreign site, now I have trouble logging into foreign site. :s11:

I don't have any problems with my cable broadband. Can it be user problem? Never clear some of your SNBB settings such as singnet dns or proxy? Or empty cache, temp files and cookies, try again.

Now, I'm not sure if it is my problem or SH's.

Now, tech idiot here don't know how to clear those stuff. I tried last night to empty cache, and delete cookies, but don't know if I did it right. Other than that, I don't know what is what, you mention cookies, I see cookies, I delete. Still slow and can't watch MOST youtube movies. My netbook can't connect now. Getting a friend to help with reinstalling netbook.

Cham, what is google public dns service? Please be patient with me, I really don't know all these terms. I am like, give me a computer, I just use. Ok, I try to google and see what that means.

Ended my 10mbps plan and they offer $29.90/mth for a 15mbps + 7mbps mobile broad band for 12 months.

Didn't take it up and am considering the $29.90/mth plan from Starhub's Fiber for 100mbps.

Anyone has an idea on the plans?

been happy with snbb for the past 10 years, no reason to jump to other telco

During Sitex 2013, they offer 5 mths for 200Mbps and 7 mths for 300Mbps plan. I think can call 1688 during PC Show period and ask for extra 1 mths waive. Some can get but some got turn down.

U must power cycle your ONT and router at least once a week and it will not lag. I power cycle my ST ONT and router on Wed and Sat. Never lag at all so do try it.

May I know how u got the letter. My 23.45 10Mbps plan ended and the customer retention only offered me 29.95 for 15Mbps plan. And digital voice still need to pay9 bucks.Really joker.

Thinking of jump to M1 200mbps at 39.90 with free data sim 1Gb for my iPad. Cos want to terminate the multi sim plan from singtek cost me 10 bucks per month. Telcos nowadays are blardy blood suckers these days.

i rec the letter saying loyal customer or smth.

>10 yrs with them.
