How to change!

Go to Control Panel - Network and Sharing Center - Local Connection(View Status) - Click 'Properties' - Click ' IPV4 properties' - Enable 'Use the following DNS Server'.

Put in the Google DNS or the Open DNS.

Reporting from Sembawang, certain sites like fastmail are not accessible.
Tried google's 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, not working too.

UPDATE: 132.147.113.3 and 132.147.114.3 working for me now.

For people whose network is up but can't access some international sites, use Zenmate for Chrome.

When the dust has settled, it will be good to know what caused the entire network to go down.

Believe me we're very interested in finding that out too - you can rest assured that we'll be taking steps to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Seems like CCK area also affected. Just manage to restore dual stack IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity.

Price plans | ViewQwest Pte Ltd

Can download the sign up form there, fill it up digitally using Adobe Reader/Acrobat. Alternatively can also print out, then scan back in or take a picture using some app like TinyScan (iPhone, free)

Then just email to sales@viewqwest.com and they'll call you back about the various appointment timings :)

Usually OpenNet appointment is within 1-3 weeks, and ViewQwest appointment is 1-3 days after the ON fibre activation is done.

I've got TP installed. Why do I still need OpenNet appointment? I have the NC ONT from MR. Will it be of use?

OpenNet needs to connect the fibre on backend and do a signal test before handing off to VQ.

The ONT for VQ will be delivered, the existing ONT from other ISPs can't be used

Update:

Engineers have reported that network is almost back to normal - at 90% now.

Reported ETA is 30mins.
