It is if you buy the international version with CM11S. Just the China version maybe special case... not sure why or if true. Guess we'll have to wait until late May to find out for sure.

From what I know it's only the OS that's different.

HW wise it's the same.

Yar can only wait till end of the year. If it's going to be release here at all.

Officially OPO is only released to 16 countries excluding China, most of us here are probably going to ship it in from the States I guess.

Well, China will get general availiblity first so I will buy from there if h/w is identical. If it is a China only model then guess I'll wait for UK release and buy from there.
