Yes you can buy when you arrive but if you do not have a boarding pass for departure, they will charge you GST.

Alternatively, you can take the watch with you and ask them to hold or post the box for you.

I dont think so.. Thats the more common portuguese automatic 7 days w 2 sub dials and date. His is only 1 sub dial at the bottom. I've never seen before. Another bro mentioned its a vintage in platinum. Would like to hear from the owner

I know for cosmetics/fragrances you can purchase before departure and need to show boarding pass. Then can ask them to hold for you and even transfer the purchased items to the arrival hall's costmetics shop so that you collect there when you are back in Sg.

Purchase for watch should be the same, best to call them and ask

For cosmetics, you already get duty free when you arrive. That's why they have shops at the arrival hall. Don't think can do the same for watches.
