Sorry, have a noob qns to ask. Currently, am in greece & they offer me 23% vat refund for a pam; getting 312. However, i be travelling to italy after this, so can i make e refund at athens airport or after i leave italy for sg? & if tax refund at italy, does it mean that the vat refund will be according to italy at 14%?
