If i am not wrong, crown part will be replaced during servicing right? Or that is not the standard practice?

actually i've no idea if they will replace that part during servicing because the thread for the screw downs is in the watch body which they usually will polish it only. I could be wrong.

maybe those with experience could enlighten us haha.

Just to add on, I just opened up my spreadsheet and saw that my Gunny Black Guatelli strap for my 389 is 5mm thick.

Also if you notice, darker colours do give the illusion that the straps are thicker.
love the black bezel! haha. 389 is darn nice. love the 024 also

Probably the two most popular watches here.....
Domed crystal for that vintage look
Classy gold on black
Affordable and looks much more expensive than it actually cost

Never knew there could be such gems at this price range :)

I bought mine in qoo10.. quite a lot of good deals there.
4+6 winder/case costs me less than $200.
Shipped directly from China.. at almost half the price I see at local retail shops..

No problems with the quality, durability so far, but your mileage may vary.

My only problem so far... I keep getting poisoned and buying watches!!!

found one! $135 for the exact same one as yours. need to measure if my ikea cabinet can fit anot.
btw you leave it on mode 4? less spinning. lol
do you leave it on 24/7? lol
if i am going get it, gonna leave it on when i am home, when out for work, off it.
the watch power reserve should last.

Definitely this one! Easier to match!

Or you can get one with more texture, like this:

Hey guys, been trawling through the dozens of pages of this thread and haven't seen much mention of the Omega brand, in particular the Seamaster.

I'm usually dressed in khakis and a shirt, so am looking for something pseudo-dressy yet part-casual as a daily beater (hence the leather bracelets).

What's your take on these two? Or at this price point I am better off looking at other brands/models.

OMEGA Watches: Seamaster Aqua Terra 150 M Omega Co-Axial 41.5*mm - Steel on leather strap - 231.13.42.21.02.002

OMEGA Watches: Seamaster Aqua Terra 150 M Omega Co-Axial 41.5*mm - Steel on leather strap - 231.13.42.21.02.001

I think for that design and price point, most would consider rolex explorer. Omega isn't a bad\unpopular brand per se, just that this forum is more incline to affordable watch discussion usually as not everyone here have extra cash to splurge except few of them.

And, I would suggest a steel bracelet > leather strap because you could easily get good quality leather strap anywhere at affordable price.

This one got both light and dark blue mah! :)

Forgot to mention that for straps, you can opt for flat or with padding, like you can see in the recommendation that I showed you! :)
