nice choice of the blue 53 with a dark reddish leather strap. one of the harder combis to pull off. (the other being silver dial and light brown strap).

if you like the 53 you should look and feel the seiko sumo sbec003 a.k.a. "blumo". pictures won't do it justice, you have to feel the weight of the watch and quality of finish to redefine "value" diver.

Yes I'm really surprised about the strap myself. It's really one of those combinations that sound awful on paper; I requested for a brown strap and Mr Goh recommended that one. Wasn't that convinced at first but a little bit of natural light makes all the difference. If only just to nitpick; it's much less impressive in the evening. I also bought a black Paros strap; "just in case".

The blumo looks great ! I would never have bought the 007 if I knew it existed.

dials purchased. I am modding two pcs of the blue seiko...... one for myself one for my dad.

can give me some suggestions which strap is nice? Mr Goh says the paros strap only comes in black but I'd like it to be blue......

thanks in advance!

Welcome to Bradystraps.com

Might be my mind playing tricks on me, but I remember seeing a similar blue strap when I was there last night.

Yo guys... What's the smallest dial you find okay for a dress watch? 38mm? 36mm (old explorer is this size rite)?

I'm considering a 37mm watch... But I Google for reviews that time it seems popular amongst the ladies as well... Dunno if it looks odd on a man
