Thatz what people say too. Seem like there is now a great deal of anticipation on a red blue ss model after the white gold came out. Will probably keep my black and save for a SD4000. Havent seen the SD4000 in flesh though.

the new pepsi white gold is damn exp... will be out of reach for many. Would love to see the SD4000 too!

U like black gmt iic? Seems to have fallen out of favour since the blueblack came out.

I have the black but sometimes thinking of flipping to a blue black. But didnt do it cos think black more classic look.

I think I will prefer the batman or pepsi more ... I love the size of GMT II on my wrist

For me I placed it on the windowsill in daytime but w/o direct sun shining on it.even cloudy weather can charge, albeit 2 or 3times slower than having sunlight.

Having same problem as in now at 3/4 charge nia. Die die wan charge to complete ASAP

My kids can reach the window sill and i'm sccared they may just reach for it and there goes my navihawk LOL!!!

just curious. the stock srp127 has the day-date at 3:00 and can be shifted to 4:00 position? and the same applies to other seikos with 7s26 movement?

Yup i asked the same question; its a date wheel mah so opening any hole on the circumference will show the date mah. But if open at 9 oclock then its inverted lah Hahahaha

With this dial the day indicator is sacrificed....

Second on that. Homage is paying respect to a classic, while counterfeit is just trying to rip off the classic.

i'm fine with homage but not fakes

Third on that. a good counterfeit might be hard to tell from the real thing but appreciating time pieces isnt just about looks right? It's about appreciating fine watchmaking to the smallest screw. how the whole piece is put together.

Sorry but I will never buy a counterfeit, not because I'm snobbish or well off. I have the no money den then don buy mentality - rather wear a real Seiko than a fake Rolex.
