Well, I have a different experience. Once, all documents were submitted, they sent the card to me by courier the very next working day!

It has been some time i used my ONE card.

My qualifying quarter is Feb - Apr , May to July.

This months bill, i received my quarterly rebate of $30 and i spent $327.15 this month. However my amount due is still $327.15. I use to remember that the rebate can offset straight away offset the month's bill which rebate was given. Is it still that way or will it be used for the next month's bill?

Which date did you see the rebate credited? I remember the rebate is credited right after the bill is finalized so it will not deducted in the amount due in the bill.

Rebate transaction not on transaction record yet but I saw it in my statement on the last page where they usually states the rebate. So do u usually pay bill amount minus rebate for that month?

Check your transaction record online, the rebate should be credited on your statement date but will not appear on your current statement. Once you confirm its already in then its safe to pay the amount due minus rebate. IB will show the amount you need to pay after rebate if not wrong.

mine was deducted before billing

Check again, you are confused over which are your quarterly period for rebate. If your qualifying months are Jan to Mar and your statement date is 23th then your 23th Mar statement will not reflect the rebate given for spending from Jan to Mar. They will award the rebate after your statement is generated thus if check online will see the credit given to you on statement date. Since rebate is given right after statement is generated so your 23th Mar statement will not show but your 23th Apr statement will show the rebate given on 23th Mar and is used to auto deduct from final amount due on 23th Apr.

Just blasted uob yesterday. Applied so many days for next day courier but no news on card approval. Called them and they say need at least 3-5 working days to revert. Totally unreasonable.

Thanks for the confirmation. I had to email UOB with my paper statement stating i am entitled to the rebate before they manually credit the rebate to me.

Since 3 min transaction and 3.33% rebate is based on main and supplementary card combine spending,

1) How many sup cards can 1 main card have?
2) Any charges for every sup card applied?
3) Any annual fee waiver issue with main and sup card?
4) Can SMART$ be used to offset credit card monthly bill?
5) "Need to spend more than S$300, S$800, S$1500 for every month in a bill quarter (with at least 3 transactions per month) to be eligible for S$30, S$80, S$150 rebate"
Does this means that if i spend $799 each month for 3 months, i will get $30 total rebate or 3.33% for each $799 spending (ie 10% for 3 months = $79)
I am asking this because I find it quite impossible to spend exactly $300 each month for 3 months to achieve the 3.33% rebate. Spend anything more than $300 and get only $30 rebate will not yield 3.33% rebate.

6)When does the cycle starts? Intend to start using it in july ie cycle will goes from july aug sept and etc. Does it go by calendar month ie starts on the 1st of each month?

1. Probably unlimited ;)
2. 1st supp card free, 2nd supp card onwards chargeable
3. Nope. (Mine main and 1 supp)
4. Not sure but I usually off set at Giant Hyper Tampines for choice voucher
5. You will only receive $30. Indeed it is hard to hit exactly $300, $800 or $1500 but that's how the bank make money else if it is 3% for all purchases, the bank will be bleeding $.
6. Cycle. Depends on when your card is approved and the statement.

Anyone knows when the quarterly rebate will be credited? I charged $800 per statement period for last 3 statements, but still have not received any rebate.

I've been using this since it's inception.

1. Not sure. Check their website
2. No sign up charges. Annual fee applies.
3. Auto annual fee waiver for main and all sup cards if meet min spending annually (can't rmb but is attainable)
4. UOB one card will NOT earn smart$ or any reward points. The cash back is all you get
5. Yes if one month you hit $799 for the quarter you only get $30 rebate. If you miss the $300 threshold you will get ZERO.
6. Should be calendar month. My bill cycle = calendar month. I've not signed up on the beginning of the month. Correct me if I'm wrong on this?
