SPV directors are there to represent the investors so this should be good news. It might be too little, too late but time will tell.

I don't know much about what they sell or what they represent. I'm only disappointed that they did not do any due diligence to make sure my friends are will be able to get their money back.

They sell share in worthless companies.

I attended to 1 of their events at 4 seasons hotel this year. There were many people happily signing their cheques away including 1 of my friends. Is it true that they are having problems returning the invested money? Got to warn my friend about it.

Your friend should be fully aware of the problems and that payments have virtually stopped altogether. I understand there are meetings throughout this week so hopefully your friend would have received an invitation to attend?

Looks a little bleak though.

Check out Wan Bao. They have the news up already. All the money invested from November 2012 to November 2013 are affected and my friends are highly unlikely to get back their money.

They attended one of the sessions with the SPV Directors and they were giving their form of rescue plan without concrete roadmap of success as well as timeline.

My friends knew there and then their moneys won't be recovered.

People do learn, just that is there always new fresh naive minds entering the money making world with dreams of getting rich quick and easy.

The problem is that schools don't teach us to be street smart.

Many of us has to learn through the university of hard-knocks.

We should teach our children about the "Wolf of Wall Street".

Which is why i advocates market always need newbies to come in, whatever markets be it stocks, properties etc.... otherwise how is it going to support the rest to make money? Newbies play a very important role to inject fresh funds to the market.

these people quite cunning. they drag all the way until the payment is due then announce that they got no money. Along the way, they try to get more and more people in.

Don't know much about North Dakota. I'm sure Infinity Treasures will be getting lots of calls from concerned investors.

There was one investor that wrote he invested in July 2013. I wonder why he has not commented yet.

Read this. It said November 2012 has 175 investors. They were promised the payout of over $8M but they didn't get it.

Just read the news in Straits Times today, so scary such schemes are being promoted in Singapore!

To think so many people just assume that we can invest our CPF money better than the 4% return!

Of what you like to know, this guy, Tradesec, may be one of their guys.. his last post was somewhere early Jan 14 saying he received his first payout for CNY and has 6 months to go.. then he said he would not write often and then disappeared...

I hope that is true. If however they are just covering it up, then it would be a concern.
