Oh dear, I almost wanted to get into this investment scheme. It was being fortunate that I done some read up and find this investment questionable. In the end, I did not invest in it.

I guess it better to know what you are investing before putting hard earned cash into it.

Sigh it's sad to see people falling prey into Ponzi schemes... Looks like my last post to warn others here did not spread as much as it should have. Infinity treasures is just a marketing agent selling the Ponzi schemes if you read my previous posts here, the reps are using gmail accounts to conduct professional fund raising. That should be a red flag.

Just read the news in Straits Times today, so scary such schemes are being promoted in Singapore!

To think so many people just assume that we can invest our CPF money better than the 4% return!

Is the article you are talking about available online - could you send me a link please???

If you read on, someone said the scheme "sold out"..could have taken out of their website

The scheme never sold out - it is still being promoted,
"Sold out" is a blatant lie and Infinity treasures are guilty of misleading their clients. Infinity stopped promoting due to lack of performance from the development team which is Right Buy Properties

RBP LLC - Home

Sold Out means Infinity treasures are no longer promoting the opportunity. This is the right thing to do, just the wrong way of doing it.

That's terrible. They started another website and selling something similar but with a different exit timeline.

This thing is a scam from the beginning.

Whether Infinity Treasures Management knows it or not, is already not important now.

The fact that so many people got con is because of them promoting it, they should take the responsibility of returning these investors' money.

The sad news is that they are unlikely to do this.

The worst thing this that they jump from this scam into another scam, so there will be even more people getting hurt.

Nope - Right Buy Properties (RBP) is the developer. Infinity treasures are the sales force for Right Buy Properties in Singapore. RBP have not preformed in terms of returning investors monies so Infinity Treasures have stopped promoting the product. Many others have not realised that RBP are not able to make the promised returns and are still willing to invest.

I think you will find that Infinity treasures do not have the money, it was sent in good faith to Right Buy Properties.

On the plus side I doubt that Infinity Treasures will be promoting another US asset backed investment anytime soon.

Wait - they already are. Rebuilding America
Now that is a little arrogant in my view,
However, if Singaporeans want to keep sending them money then why not?

Infinity Treasures receives commission for every sale they made.

I don't know the actual percentage, but should be quite big, maybe 20%?

They should at least return the commission they collected.

They want to make the money, but don't want to take the responsibility. This tells you a lot about the people who runs the company.

You should ask the Infinity Treasures staff for proof whether they used their own money to invest as well.

If the return is so good and they believe it is genuine, I'm sure they will also use their own money to invest.

I'm sure they earn the commission. As for how big or how small the commission is, we won't know. From what I know though, Infinity Treasures moved to their current office in Battery Road in less than 2 years of operations. That's a lot of money spent. You can see all those information in the Infinity Treasures website.

You are suggesting that the sales staff at Infinity pay back the money they earned in commission. Its an interesting point, but not one they will be pursuing anytime soon. Or maybe they will prove me wrong.

20% seems very high for a commission payment - where do you get this figure from?

I remember reading the zero to hero story. wasn't one of their agents claiming to be a millionaire???

It beggars belief this could happen....

Every year or so, you would hear a scam, and then you would think Singaporeans would get wiser, people would get more aware....

Sunshine empire....
Profitable Plots...
.... The Gold Guarantee

And of course this Infinity Treasures and The Exit Strategy.

Now still can see the hotel investment in newspaper, hawker centre table top, and some birdnest investments at newspapers..

When would people learn? And is it really difficult for MAS to screen through these companies, or ask the govt to pass a law to really punish companies that are out to sell schemes with the knowledge that they are not economically feasible?

Is it really so difficult to see through these schemes? :(
i heart pain for these folks

2% for referral.

7% for sales executive.

5% for sales manager overriding.

3% for SVP overriding.

3% for CEO who have a cut in all sales.

It is worth pointing out that many investment DO work and are diligently put together for the benefit of all, including investors,
Some Singaporean investors will be making good returns from unregulated investments, just not those on the Exit Strategy.

This I disagree with you.

So far, I have not seen an alternative investment that succeed.

Most are scams, many failed and the small few that survived failed to live up to their promise.

Those that DO works are traditional investment.

Sometimes - you have to agree to disagree...!!
However, by their very nature, if all unregulated alternative investments failed, they would not exist.....
