2 in 1 is sugar with coffee.
3 in 1 is milk powder and sugar with coffee.

Reminds me of my friend who though 2 in 1 is kopi o kosong.

1/3 cup water
1/3 cup milk or soy milk
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups tapioca flour
2 teaspoons minced garlic (optional)
2/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 beaten eggs

SOY - NAY
TAPIOCA - GLUTEN FREE and PALEO... But high carb

experiment with coconut/almond milk and coconut flour? But probably will not have the chewiness.

there are even some tt states no sugar added. but i read the ingredient list still got sugar leh

No added sugar means on top of the normal 2 in 1 recipe they don't add sugar liao.

What a number of us here do is to pull our own coffee. Solves all prob.

ya that why my family dont buy the 2 in 1 coffee. we rather buy the NTUC brand nescafe cheaper
