local set yes.
china set no but can install google service apk via mi market.

They will launch in China first. If they launched in overseas first surely those china ppl will kpkb on XM. Anyway usually need to take 3-4 months. Hopefully it will be faster. Anyway this year end alot of new phones will be out.

they also need time to get ida approval. That's the main reason for the delayed launch of the redmi note.

no... the 4g or 3g will be for china use only.
