Pam 48? 40mm Pams are going to be tough to find new/grey/2nd hand because of its scarcity.

My wife has a 5.5" wrist and she can pull off a 44mm nicely. Just have to get a slightly thicker strap (3.5-4mm) and it seems fine.

If you are worried about the thickness/heaviness of it, then maybe you should consider a Radiomir instead? Thinner & lighter. From personal experience, the Radiomir 512 (42mm) seems to fit the bill nicely.

You can also get to wear it as a dressier watch too!

I think u posted wrist shot of your wife pam before but can post again the 44mm on her wrist? my wife wrist is 5.75in.

She likes the "ear" design of Panerai so Radiomir she dun like.

Thank you. After admiring both the Pam watch and wrist shot pic of your wife. I am able to convince myself to get a Pam in near future. As a guy, I do have small wrist too, at 6".

As many have suggested. You can get it thru a grey dealer. Plenty of them hanging around in forums. Let me know if you need referral to a reliable one.

Get your wife to try on a similar sized watch to test the wrist feel first. My wife thought that it was too heavy, that's why I sold my 176.

Regarding straps, I think I'm right to say the gator strap that comes with the 48 would be too large even on the smallest hole for 5.75inch wrist?

What are my options :
1. Punch another hole?
2. Sell it and get one that fits? Which brings to the question are there any off the shelf straps that fit ladies size, or is custom the only way?

Edit: just read on Panerai site that the PAM 48 comes with "adjustable buckle" . Does this mean deployant? If so should be better in fitting small wrist?

Buying for yourself or wife better test it first if possible. Besides wrist size (circumference), the flatness or roundness of the wrist plays a part in the wearibility as well.

Had a great lunch at the esplanade - first time at Nine-Thirty!

Chicken noodle soup, $12:

Watermelon salad with roast pork belly, $14:

Ham steak with mash, roast apple and pineapple relish, $20:

Devilled eggs, $8:

Stacked chocolate cake, $7.90:

The names don't sound fancy but the dishes were really well executed. The chef has a good touch! Tastes were well balanced and the mash and relish that accompanied the ham was top class. I was especially impressed with the deviled eggs, with the egg white whipped into a savoury meringue.

Excellent value especially with 15% discount on UOB cards!
