Anyone got issue with the GPS and location services for note??

Hi owner of redmi note, is this phone dual sim dual standby or just only dual sim ???

anyone encountering the occasional notification delay issue.. its kinda irritating though since there is no fix.

i do get it occasionally, i think cause the app is "closed"

once u clear the memory, so it doesn't receive msg.

maybe u can try to keep it in memory.

hold on to the left button and when the windows pop up for whatsapp, u can lock it by selecting and swiping down.

Could someone tell me, the LED notification light works only for missed call/SMS or for all apps (e.g. BBM, WhatsApp, etc.) Thanks.

I'm facing some issues on the notifications on instagram and facebook. my phone will not have any notification from instagram and facebook. I need to open the app then i realized there is notification from the app itself.

Anyone faced the same problem with me?

I tried going to general setting<notification but it seems like no use too. How to solve it?

Anyone know how to set gosms as the default sms app?

maybe u can try locking the apps in memory.
hold on to the menu button, and swipe down on the app to lock it.

for sms
go under apps --> default app settings, select messaging

Not for me. But I don't seem to be able to tune the radio. Am I missing something?

Help with clearing miscellaneous files in storage (XIAOMI NOTE)

I have a whole lot of 1.2gb in miscellaneous files under storage, i can't clear it. May i know how do i delete them? Other android files will have a dropdown list to clear them. But Xiaomi note do not have.

Please help How to clear them?

In notifications,go into manage notification you can select what apps you want to appear in notification bar

So under the manage notification should be "Status bar, Notification shade" ?
Am I right to say that?

It automatic preserve power by shutting down network during non active period. Hence, its only when any key is press, the phone become active again and scan for new messages.............

should be under "battery" setting........

Like any other android phone........some by default....shut down wifi or network......ONLY normal sms will be active......programs needing network or wifi.......will only run after key board is touch........it wakes up.......it scan......for new message........ many instance whatsapps messages only comes in when we uses the phone.........

BUT all this power saving function can be disabled one. Or selectively enable or disable... by owner.....at his discretion...

They should do it like sony stamina mode which lets you select what are the apps that you want to remain active.

Hi do you guys use the clean master app with redmi note? I use it on my Samsung note 3 but I noticed the redmi note has its own clean app built in the security app, it says powered by clean master? Would installing clean master add more ram usage?
