Looks like a super efficient way to store watches! Worth taking a serious look at it but my wife may not be too keen on it. Wish me luck!

Great!!! And it's easy to DIY...beats spending hundreds on a watch box...
Just go to Daiso or a hardware store. Spend couple of dollars on some dividers, tapes and mats and in minutes, you have a nice looking and organised drawer for all watches, rings and jewellery.

And the last two photos of the drawers is great.
One shows a drawer wIth watches and other stuffs...
Another shows watches and straps

Haha! Agreed. Am looking at my bedroom now and trying to figure out where I can put a chest of drawers like that!!

This is a pretty good condition vintage Omega you have there! I saw a few that were quite beat.

The glass was replaced, I suspect the dial as well...
Bezel is in good condition for this piece
Pretty good deal for the price

Below is the one I saw that gave me the idea, best pic I can find on internet. It is the nearest chest of drawers , there is another piece to the left of it. By Jotter Goods on show at IMM. solid walnut but $1290:eek:. The top is tempered glass so the entire top drawer is on display. Drawers are shallow so perfect for watches and slide out super smooth.

I do have 2 perfect drawers that I have not been using but they are below my bed, which doesn't seem "right".

Next idea is to get a Ikea drawer cabinet and replace the top with tempered glass and to have wheels at the bottom.

Ideas ideas...

well it depends on the setup of your room.

I have a customizable Ikea cupboard, so i can just pop by Ikea and get an add-on unit and just install into my cupboard

something like this

Any brand and model recommended for <1.5k watch? I was looking at Ball firemen racer classic.. Prefer watch with 42mm diameter due to my small wrist..
