Just ordered my China set from lazada a few days ago.
Tired to wait for invites so just go with Lazada.

Ordered last sat, received on wednesday but only started using it yesterday as i was in camp

No hardware problems, but there was an issue with OTA, I couldn't install it. After a few google search i found I wasn't the only one having that problem with China sets flashed to CM11s, but I was able to update the next increment via fastboot and subsequent ota updates are working fine now.

Its thicker because of the additonal back cover I think.
If you buy those bumper case without back cover will be slimmer.

I using isyncr.
It sync iTunes playlist to your phone.
