the problem is intermittent,, come and go... want to simulate also cannot
Actually no need to simulate. Since your problem is on and off, you just need to off everything and plug your computer direct to the ont with a cat 6 cable when the problem is acting up. Repeat with another computer where possible. If still lag, then it's most likely MR's fault and you can maybe use Binaries's ticket number as reference to complain.
During your call with them, do keep note of the person's name, rank and staff no. in addition to the date and time. Always set a deadline for them to come back with a resolution. If still no effect, write in and do the same as above. If still no effect, present all your records to case and or IDA to see what they can do. As paying consumers, we should not let service providers shirk their responsibility to us.
