No offense, I see the phamplet as very misleading eh :< Rather than "1000mbps broadband" shouldn't it be shown as "500mbps broadband with 6 mths 500mbps speedboost free"?

I hope this isn't the direction VQ is going to take long term as it is slightly starting to look like the other traffic light ISP's marketing tactic to bait customers in.

Not saying its a bad thing, but it just causes misunderstanding :s22:

Thanks for the feedback!

Get where you're coming from - we wanted to shout a bit more about the increased speeds so that's why they're more prominent.

We made sure to make it clear right underneath though that it's the 300Mbps plan + a SpeedBoost for 6 months. Don't want to mislead people! :)

Onevoice and modem rental no more free bundle??

Eh? Onevoice and modem rental are still free with the bundle...what do you mean?

Ya! Agree too. The 500Mbps plan should also be changed to correctly reflect the 6months' free 200mbps speed boost. It's misleading...and getting to sound like the traffic light ISPs.

Nope - existing customers don't need to pay setup fees when re-contracting or upgrading plans.

Like others have said...the promo looks very confusing. Under the wording free 1 month trial , below are vpn, onevoice, modem rental and iptv.....very confusing.

It has never been viewqwest tradition to offer waiver for TP & setup fees.

Thus they are called the premium service provider :O

Hi Guys,

Been with VQ a few years now, looking to upgrade my router from an ASUS. Would anyone know where I can get the CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+? Dealers don't seem to have stock.

comex deal no free opennet install ? :p
haizz. why my home dont have the TP.

Ah yeah no free TP install i'm afraid... we don't own OpenNet ;)

BUT! We can help you split up the cost into 24 interest free monthly installments. At least not such a big shock upfront :)
