during the clinic for 4day. vet did use steroids injection (think for one day).. but after that no. expect now.

Dont think steroids can last so long right?

That depends, some steroids are long lasting and can have an effect for many many days, some can last a whole month.

I think the steroids was the reason why your dog's allergy problems went away for a while.

If steroids can last so long, i mean my dog wont have diarrhea on and off

I havent come across using steroids to control diarrhea, unless the diarrhea was caused by an immune-mediated complex but even then the dose (at least for me) will be low and short.

Best to figure out what is truly at the heart of the issue and deal accordingly.

If steroids can last so long, i mean my dog wont have diarrhea on and off

Depredil can last for one month, if the last use of steroids is in June then it seem unlikely that steroids caused this latest bout of bloody diarrhea.

to what i understand from vet is that endoscopy can only reach so area but not the whole intestine .

also must see which endoscopy do the clinich have

Indeed. Best to discuss with your attending vet on next best course of action. Given that its bleeding from lower intestines, I think it would be possible for the scope to reach those abnormal ulcers and get a sample

She go recommend me MT pleasant.. actually i tot of going ARVC
haiz.. now i only can wait

I have been told endoscopy is an art form, not sure how true is that

Err..bronchoscopy visualizes the airway, endoscopy is just a catch all term for anything that allows the operator to visualize inside your body with a scope...

No, just to the bronchus but I supposed one may consider the bronchus part of the lung.
