Yeah the new system is half baked one so far. Initial launch many of us got problems with it. Some got 8 years contract others like me got no contract

Totally agree. Its a very pure white elephant at this point of time.
Just yesterday I was making noise about MR charging me extra on my bill out of the air. Both the MR bill (sent to my email) and my Card transaction shows the same $74.90 but in the MR customer portal, it still shows the correct value of $59.90. The billing side still tells me they didn't charge extra until I force them to refer to their own bill which they had sent out.
I think at this rate.. they are just providing me the bullets to get out of contract early without penalty.
