From Samsung to iPhone

Hi guys. Currently I'm using a Samsung note 2 and am looking to switch to the iPhone 6. Anyone knows how to transfer contacts from my Samsung phone to an iPhone? Or if I'm trading in my Samsung phone with starhub, will they do the transfer in of contacts for me on the spot? Thanks!

i backup all my contacts to google, iphone i also choose to sync frm google tru itune

Contacts and Appointments always been on Google. Thats universal for transfer or cross platform usage.

Based on iOS 7.1.2, if your current contacts are stored in the simcard, you can do a "import SIM contacts" under Setting/Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

dl iLite contacts on android, do a bckup.
in ip6, juz dl iLite contacts and restore

I thought apple removed the support to sync contacts to Gmail through iTunes?

Contacts can be synced on iPad thru Google account... simple.
