Premier League Pass - suspending/expiring some accounts

It's been reported to us that Premier League Pass has been suspending/expiring some subscriber accounts due to a suspicion of breach of their terms and conditions.

Sadly this isn't something we can control - as they're a 3rd party service. However, we do support other sites that carry the English Premier League.

We've been informed that they are declining refunds. In this case if you require a refund we advise that you get in touch with your card issuer or bank to perform a 'chargeback'.

It should be noted that it doesn't look like the users have been identified via IP address. We're only seeing a very very small % of people affected and we have many test accounts and none of them have been suspended.

At the moment we don't know how these accounts have been identified - and we will continue our investigations into this. If you're one of our customers and you want to help our investigations - then please get in touch with our support team.

pretend to not know of illegal log in first. then once they get the money, the start disabling accounts while refusing refunds.

PLP suspended my account!

Damn it, I kana suspended too! I have just paid around $20 to PLP a few days ago.....

When I asked for refund, they said they can't because I have broken their terms and conditions. I am going to scold MR today!

I just subscribed for 1 month pass, test water. But billing address should i put some random taiwan address or put singapore one? Would it matter?

If subscribe 1 week pass should be safe right? Cos usually they will take 2-3 days to 'fish' out the illegal users.

Say for example I subscribe today, I can get to watch the Leicester-united match and Chelsea-city match, b4 I got suspended right?

think does not matter, just look up any taiwan hotel address via google, mod slightly and push through.

Most importantly, monthly deduction can go through to continue the sub.

Just sub, 5 usd per month only, the most that is so much you loss if account kenna suspended.

The idea is just to use hola to access the main page, after which you can switch off hola and proceed login to watch

Thanks. Dunno is promo rate or what, they oni charge mi USD3.83 for the month.
So when the month is up, they will send email to inform me to renew right?

Why was there constant emails asking you to signup EARLY to get discounts ?

I tried asking for discount based on the above, but they rejected it outright.

Just wonder how they block user? via ip address or email address? if via email, maybe can use another email to sub again.

my guess is IP address.

read some where that they went with CC address, but that was debunked immediately as other users had no problems.

I've also told that that I travel alot and accessing Singapore VPN had the best results, but that reason got rejected to.

This is a Horrible Experience for me. Now I'm back to watching poor quality streams :/ haizzzz

Same situation... Watched last season smoothly on my ipad app... Renewed early at 149NZD.. Just to watch first mth of the season.. No more recommending PLP to others..

I wonder if they track "popular" IP addresses from known VPN service providers. As advised by the rest, do consider taking the low risk route & sub $5 per month.

I think they did. If you are not using hola, unotelly, or vpn kind of service to access that site, you will see a different page. or something like that.
