i think when i buy the pkt inside got mustard. i did mix. but not alot of mustard. spring onion sounds gd.
actually hor.. was thinking if mix inside rice, the rice will absorb the sticky thing hahaaha

never tried steaming.. should be nice. good balance of smokiness and saltiness. yet it's not very salty kind.
