Is there a difference between applying for public scheme and fiance/fiancee scheme? I'm applying w my bf but the form states public scheme. Will it make a difference?

you have to put as fiance/fiancee scheme if you have not registered with ROM , as you will be putting your marital status as single.

you have to put as fiance/fiancee scheme if you have not registered with ROM , as you will be putting your marital status as single.

Our marital status is single and co-applicant relationship to main applicant is fiance/fiancee. But when I got to the last page, the form listed us in the public scheme.

Yes it's correct..

Married 1st timer(Without a kid, not living near parents) and fiance/fiancee would be under public scheme..There is no additional ballot tickets for married 1st timer couple without a kid or living near parents or fiance/fiancee application.

Submission of Marriage Certificate

If you are applying for the Additional CPF Housing Grant (AHG) or the Special CPF Housing Grant (SHG), you must submit a copy of your marriage certificate to the HDB on or before the date you take possession of the flat as these housing grants are meant for married couples.

If you have solemnised your marriage before you collect the keys to your flat, you will have to submit a copy of your marriage certificate to our Sales Office.

If you are not applying for the AHG or the SHG and you have booked a flat that is completed, you must produce your marriage certificate within three months after you have taken possession of the new flat.

If you are not applying for the AHG or the SHG and you have booked a flat that is under construction, you must produce your marriage certificate at the estimated Delivery Possession Date of the flat or within three months after you have taken possession of the new flat, whichever is later.

If you solemnise your marriage after you have taken possession of the new flat, you will have to submit a copy of your marriage certificate to the HDB Branch managing the lease of your flat.

2 room BTO locations are getting from bad to worse. Was planning to skip Sept BTO and try Nov BTO... but Nov locations are just as bad. PAP need to be taught a lesson in GE2016.

sep i'm skipping.
planning for the 2rm nov at sengkang one.
but the no. of units there is total 500+ unit inclusive of 2/3/4 rms.
most likely 2rm will only have 100 units.
but i'll still try for it as i want to be still around sk area.
