PES C is do storeman/clerk/medic/driver, whether you stay in or out depends on your unit, if it's an active unit means stay in if not means out. Most pes C do not need to work on weekends except for the compulsary duty lo

yea, admin spec is possible but extremely rare and also subjected to your school grades (based on my experience).

cqms n tech spec? probably not as it belongs to more of a duty in the field where there are other suitable physical status.

but, tpt supv might possibly do.

an alternative way for a C9L9 to hold a specialist rank is getting downgraded subsequently after obtaining the rank.

1. Max rank is 3SG I think, assuming is not officer or spec subsequently downgraded

2. Think they have something called modified BMT. Is few weeks shorter but no IPPT, but some light physical training. Definitely no SOC. But still got regimented stuff, like marching point A to B, think also got M16 range.

3. Probably yes, but mostly depend on what unit and also what department. I got a friend C3L3 book out every night because he's in a service vocation (clerk) even though he's in a frontline combat unit.

4. Same as above. But if compared to PES A or B, higher chance weekends off.

In general?

Since I am not the one who's in charge of ALL PES C posting, my best guess would be on average 50/50 chance for both cases.

Unless you are the one in charge of ALL PES E (which I can very comfortably say you aren't if not you wouldn't be ask what you are asking), knowing a very small group of PES E personnel who "MOSTLY" can go home everyday and not work on weekends does not constitute "MOST" of ALL PES E personnel.

Anyway I hope that you don't get to book out everyday and work on weekends :)

Thanks for your insights. You probably shouldn't mislead people and pretend like you know about something when your answer to everything is "depends on what actually happens, might as well wait and see".

Well I don't think I "pretended" to know about something, I believe all my answers are pretty clear that if you don't use your own brain to think about what you are asking here, you ought to get this kind of answer from me.

What about our it this way, tell me what do you want to hear, I will say it for you and make you happy?

Like OKOK, PES C personnel SURE book out daily and don't need to work on weekends? HAPPY NOW? :)

Saying "it depends" "maybe yes, maybe no" is as good as not saying anything at all. I was asking about general cases, not all cases, do you even know what 'in general' means? The phrase already shows I was not asking about definite scenarios.

So if you do not have the knowledge required to answer such questions, don't give empty meaningless statements and act like they represent anything that could help with my query. Your posts on this thread are a waste of bandwidth.

If you use your brain hard enough la, why do you expect ANYONE here to know what 'IN GENERAL' is?

Let me break it down further for you...

'In general' means the entire PES C population, what is the most common scenario did most of them experience?

Ask yourself what's the likelihood of anyone here being in charge of posting of PES C personnel and have access to the data (which is almost definitely classified information) to tell you what the 'in general' scenario is?

If you think about it, asking definite scenarios of a few examples people know about is easier than telling you the 'in general' scenario.

Like I said previously "Unless you are the one in charge of ALL PES E (which I can very comfortably say you aren't if not you wouldn't be ask what you are asking), knowing a very small group of PES E personnel who "MOSTLY" can go home everyday and not work on weekends does not constitute "MOST" of ALL PES E personnel."

Think about it, the questions you are asking is waste of bandwidth to begin with. If you use your brain to think hard enough, you would have answered your own questions like what I just did for you. So yes pretty much my replies are waste of bandwidth because I am replying to questions from you that are waste of bandwidth.

If you are unhappy with my answer because you realise there is a possibility of you not booking out daily and need to work on weekends, sucks to be you. I also hope that you don't book out daily and work on weekends.

There you go. You admit you don't know anything about this topic, and yet want to answer as if you do. And then you say "durr, it depends on your own posting" as if I didn't know that. This has nothing to do with me booking out or not. Almost all people on this forum have been a part of the NS sytem, so of course at least a few are likely to offer at least some answers based on their observations, unlike you answers.

Since you think this whole thread is a WOB, go on and share your "expertise" with other threads in this forum. I'm sure they'll appreciate it alot. :o Don't forget to bring your arsenal of empty statements, your "50/50 chance" "not 100% of them do this" "maybe yes, maybe no" "no point asking here, just wait for it to actually happen" etc. :o

lol... I can't help you if you choose to be in denial. As I said again, knowing a group of people who mostly conform to certain circumstances does not make them representative of the entire "population". It may just mean one knows very few people.

Well in case you didn't know I have been doing that for sometime to make people realise a lot of their questions can be answered by themselves if they think hard enough.

Obviously you didn't and you are sad that you may end up not booking out everyday and have to work on weekends.
