Yes definitely user problem. Most ex-iOS users switching to Android can never understand the difference between Back button and Home button.

I think up till this date, there are still people using the Home button to 'exit' from apps. Don't know whether is it cause they are too used to iOS or didn't know that theres true multi-tasking ability in Android..
