if you plan to buy from them, best is check their brochure, they usually have the items in their brochure. i bought quite a number of stuff from them, the big items they usually keep in another shop unit. they are also quite willing to give discounts when you buy a lot of things from them, just try to visit them during weekdays instead of weekends.

If getting mobo+cpu and case nia, den they may charge u extra $30 for the mobo+cpu. Incase u were wondering, you can compare their prices to other shops. TP mobo+cpu also all are around $20+ cheaper.

customer see it as koping, seller see it as "offering the finish product with excellent build quality and optimum air flow with minimum accompanying paperwork and only the main accessories that matter to you" :s13::s13::s13:

aka if u dont know how to build a pc, u probably wont use it so let me help u "throw it aside"

So their price is for full system for mb with cpu? Then I rather go fuwell or others. What about cybermind or PC themes?

U can try asking them. But u can bargain for discount which may half off the extra $30 or so. For other shops, hard to do so.

They usually give it much cheaper when you buy full or close to full system.

But so far most components they are like the cheapest out there, just remember to haggle. Need not always buy a lot of stuff from them, the other time I wanted to buy the 2713H from them, I think I play $700 or $705 while all other shops in SLS are like from $740-$799 :s13:

That time they use my newly purchased processor to troubleshoot someone's motherboard and claimed to help me test my motherboard for free also. I argue a little with them in the end lucky manage to receive a new unopened processor

A lot of ppl will visit SLS on wkends than on wkdays due to school, work, etc. So, tradepac may have a lot of ppl and the ah nehs inside may not have the time to fully attend to you. This will result in being unable to bargain for more discounts.

On weekday, not many ppl go, so u got their full attention. Besides, if u r the only 1 in shop, they would want to make ur money than not to make any money.

This applies for full systems whereby u can bargain for more discounts. If getting 1 item or so, then anytime also can. BUt bargaining is limited due to amount being low.

Most of the time... If u read thru the recommendation threads, most of us recommend either tradepac (if u can bargain and/or self assemble) OR pc theme (for newbies and play-safe ppl but cant bargain much).

So, it is safe to say both shops will be crowded on weekends at least. But not to the extent that you have to queue up like buying Mac's hello kitty. :s12::s12:

they might not be willing to give a lot of discounts to you if the shop is quite crowded.
