If not quickly go buy now and do a replacement ... else you will be quoted like 400-450 for a replacement

The most confusing one is singtel lol must check with the other guys..

I heard now all is QCD/A*LABS only

As far as I know its completely to their discretion to replace the entire set or repair parts

Its okay thanks for the replies bro, will try A.Labs this coming monday. hopefully can get an replacement sets.
will be very disappointed if they just change the screen.
so many dents on the phone.

I think they have no choice but to do a replacement if you 'drown' your phone because that's beyond physical/external damage... lol

Chatted with the AppleCare staff about a week ago. They said that for SingTel customers can go to Commcentre, even after the 1st year, if the policy doesn't change.

Yup， SingTel customers can go to Commcentre for the repair/exchange in still under warranty.
