Able to use a download manager to accelerate the dl speeds?

Lol difficult to get download manager to download an application from the Apple Software Update application lol. It's a stand alone apple app haha.

Change to VQ la. No complains at all, amazing speed. Confirm worth the price

I recall someone told me why VQ price is higher than all other ISP. it's because VQ supports mostly businesses. So the money actually goes into focus of maintaining high connectivity and required bandwidtth. i guess like they forsee subscribers will require 100gbps, they'll prepare double and must be having alternative routes out of singapore too.

IIRC, they started fibre connections with commercial companies, then moved to residential areas.

I believe at least they put the money into getting better lines as compared to MR now, focusing on marketing...

That's not much an issue lol cos when internet up again. it'll go and lightning speed. lol

problem is like simple game of Clash of Clans or any other games online. NB going to win already, then like hang there then suddenly pop up say no connectivity. check and still connected to wifi. nb cannot raid properly.

I think in future. never go for a company that has huge marketing campaigns. those with quality, always get customers. like food stall haha. confirm long queue without advertising lol

Wanna ask, when my contract is done and i wanna terminate, can i fill up the termination form and send to them via email/fax, return the ONT personally to them the next day and cancel my GIRO payment to them? Seeing that God knows how long it would take for them to process my termination form...

At night after 10pm, download speed with 8 simultaneous connection is less than 500KB/Sec
After midnight 10-15MB/Sec
This morning 15-20MB/Sec

All are downloading from the same host.

PS:No matter how many files i download at the same time, the total download will never go beyond 30MB/Sec

Right on the money. We had cheap Level3 upstream at some point but killed it and went for costlier upstreams (Cogent, etc) because of poor CDN performance and complaints about Twitch.

We also have no problems spending a little more to fix congestion if it'll greatly improve customer experience.

That kind of transparency in information and subsequent follow through to fix the issue is really well appreciated. Thanks, hope more ISPs follow your example.

Exactly. You get commercial-level after sales and support for like a $20 premium every month?

Im not sure... I cant find any termination form in the website. Looking thru their T&C, it seems that i have to call them up and tell them that i wanna terminate my contract (when it is due, of coz). From some posts here, it should be that MR will arrange to collect the ONT with full packaging or we send in ourselves. I would prefer to do it myself as God knows when they will come when they are already short on manpower.

Can self return the ONT? i thought there was some sort of de-installation fees to pay. Is it in the terms?

Sadly to say. Streaming with my mobile 3G network is much much smoother than MR 1gbps fibre
