Yes unfortunately it's true... especially if you are a girl and wearing a D cup bra and you put the 6+ in your blouse pocket.

You will end up with a 6+D-minus bent iPhone.

Mine also with cheap clear rubber... Just bought a bumper yesterday at Qoo.. Not sure I will like it or not... I still prefer naked iPhone, feel nice to hold but I scare bendgate.. So just try bumper

I'm pretty sure that Apple would be changing the material used on the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus soon to an alloy of much stronger nature. Time will tell.

And it is shortsighted of Apple not to produce any hardcases at all. All they have are softcases for the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. Hardcases are not difficult to make and it is not as heavy as some would imagine.*

It's always in the front pocket of my Jeans everyday if I go to work or get out of the house since 12 Oct. Not bend yet ... but I've got an Apple leather case on it.

Do your phones sit perfectly flat on the table or do they wobble slightly? Assuming you placed it such that the camera protrusion does not affect your test.

I have a Z ultra in my pocket and i am perfectly sane. just don't sit down with it in the pocket.
