Hi guys anyone experience the singtel internet and digital line is down? Roughly around 11.30am. Toa Payoh Area.

No la ST never down (only 1 time since sign up), just need to switch off the ONT and router. 3 min later switch on again.

I did face the network down on the same timing as you.

But it is restored about 30mins after the incident.

Yes, ST down now, both me and my friend's house. Both of us stay at Dover.

Now just waiting for Henry Ng to say that was my ONT's fault or something.

In general, 1am to 5am is sleeping time and ST may do some maintenance during this time.

This usually happens before firmware update of Singtel router.
